The item is as described. Very durable especially I have 2 german shepherds. They love playing tug-o-war, it's very indestructible. They are very cute to watch them play together. This toy is a good way to tire your dogs and make them sleep well at night.

This 18-inch herding ball is awesome. I really like that it comes with a stake and bungee to keep it from going everywhere or you can use it freely. We have a Golden Retriever who loves to chase everything. The ties on the side are great for her to pick it up and drag it back. It is pretty funny watching her with this huge ball. We practice herding with her and she loves it. The outer shell is very durable and good quality, and the inside ball is thick. Don't be like me and blow up the inside ball BEFORE putting it in the outer shell.

I have 4 dogs and 3 of them are working breeds, but only one actually has a real job — the other two just think they do. This herding ball has been a lifesaver for keeping those two occupied and out of trouble. Instead of randomly tearing up my yard or popping my tether ball (again), they finally have something durable enough to push around without destroying.Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but honestly it’s well worth it when I compare it to how many tether balls I’ve had to replace… or stair steps. This holds up way better, and they can either entertain themselves or I can play with them and burn off some of that working‑breed energy. The bungee leash and ground peg setup works great, and the ball itself is tough enough to handle the chaos my dogs bring. Overall, a solid investment for medium to large breeds who need a job or at least something to do. My dogs love it, and my yard is finally getting a break.
