Return & Refund Policy

At Warmmore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • Approval: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at hellowarmmore@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hellowarmmore@gmail.com.
