At Warmmore, we provide fast local delivery for our customers in the United States and Canada. By utilizing local fulfillment centers, we ensure your orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

1. Shipping Destinations & Origins

  • United States Orders: Shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers via Amazon Logistics (FBA/MCF) or USPS.

  • Canada Orders: Shipped directly from our Canadian fulfillment centers via Amazon Logistics or Canada Post.

  • Note: We only ship within the U.S. and Canada. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

2. Shipping Times & Estimates

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and your specific province or state.

  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax (GST/HST for Canada, or State Tax for the U.S.) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden import duties for orders within these two countries as we ship from local warehouses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • U.S. Customers: Track via USPS or Amazon Tracking.

  • Canada Customers: Track via Canada Post or Amazon Tracking.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delays: While we aim for prompt delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to extreme weather or carrier peak seasons. If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days beyond the estimate, please contact us.
